Steps to Salt Creek and Strands Beach, among Southern California's finest beaches. Excellent for surfing, sunning, long walks along the shore, shell collecting and more. Do you want to stay at a nice place or a really nice place. This is a really nice place. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, two full baths, two outside decks with gas bbq, wonderful ocean breeze, cathedral ceilings and private. Heated pool and spa. Everything is within walking distance from your front door and safe for kids.
Famous Laguna Beach Art Festival is just a 10 min drive up the road, Dana Point Harbor offers sailing, sport fishing, jet skiing, marine institute, Catalina Island boat trips and more. John Wayne/ Santa Ana airport is a 30 minute drive and LAX is a 60-80 minute drive depending on traffic.
Ritz Carlton hotel overlooking the pacific ocean and the Chart House restaurant overlooking the Dana Point Harbor are both excellent for cocktails and fine dining. It is no accident that the Ritz Carlton choose this location for their premier hotel.
Unbelievable shopping, restaurants with live nightime entertainment, top golf courses and all theme parks are close by. Disneyland is approx a 30 min drive north, Sea World and San Diego Zoo 1 hr south. There are endless activities or just come to unwind and watch the sunset in the west.
