Located just two streets into this community, you are within walking distance of the Emerald Coast waters and our famous white sugar-sand beaches. It is also at the end of the short street offering additional privacy. And within the community is a heated pool for year-round use, again within walking distance.
Situated off of scenic highway 30A, you are nestled between Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Surrounded by both casual and elegant fine dining, unique shopping and many other activities. Use the paved bike paths to run, walk, rollerblade or bike to just about everything you'll want to see or do. Pier Park is a short drive away and offers a ton of shopping, movies and even more dining choices, including Margaritaville and Tootsies.
The dining area seats 6 plus 3 barstools. The living area has plenty of seating (with sleeper) and is adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. There is a screened porch right off of the main living area for al fresco dining or just hanging out with a cool drink after a day at the beach. WiFi is also available for your computer.
Kids have 4 bunk beds, dedicated full bath, TV/DVD, and plenty of games to keep them occupied.
The guest room has a queen sided bed and access to a full bath. The master suite is situated on the second floor for privacy. It has a king size bed, full bath with double sinks and a dedicated balcony with a great view, perfect for enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine or for your first cup of coffee in the morning.
