Equipped with modern facilities like wireless high-speed internet, a desktop computer, TV in all rooms, DVD, Stereo, and a fully equipped kitchen, plus we have added a wime cooler in the kitchen, this vacation rental promises to make your holiday more enjoyable. With this rental, you have a kidney shaped swimming pool, all to yourself. So you can have fun in the pool all day, without having to abide by the timings of a community pool.
The house overlooks a canal full of colorful fish like the Angel Sargeant Majors and Parrot fish. A private boat dock on the canal completes the setting for a relaxing holiday. The other features of this house are vaulted ceilings, a tiki bar near the pool which has four tall inviting chairs for you to relax in as you chill out with a drink from its small fridge, a queen size poster bed in the second room, and twin beds in the third bedroom and much more. A king-size bed and a living room are just some of the many things that grace the pool level Master suite.
Located between the clear waters of the Florida Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, Islamorada is just 80 miles away from Key West and 75 miles from Miami. Three to five miles offshore is a coral reef which attracts an amazing variety of aquatic life. This vacation rental is located in the quiet, northern end of Islamorada.
We have a 3rd bedroom at the pool level, with a king size bed, sitting room and bathroom. Cost of extra bedroom is $1000.00 a week

| Rates above are for the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home, if you need a 3rd bedroom that is located at the pool level the rate is an additional $1000.00 a week.
If you do not need the 3rd bedroom it stays locked and no one else would be there while you are in our vacation home. |

| Lodging Tax: 12.5% |
| Cleaning Fee: $125 |
| Cancellations and Refunds: Hurricane Policy: Should there be a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane while renters are in our vacation home that the portion of the rental days that was not used would be reimbursed. Should there be any devastation at our rental property before renters arrival from a hurricane, their funds would be returned.
Month runs from Sat. to Sat. (28 nights). Please note there is now a 3rd bedroom at the pool level with sitting room and bathroom. The 3rd bedroom will not be rented to anyone else should you not reserve it.
Security deposits needed and is not part of rental amount,cleaning fee will be decucted from Deposit. Deposit to be returned within 30 days minus cleaning fee. 11˝% state, local, and tourist bed tax. Please note that the rental will only accommodate 6 person in the main living area upstairs,if you wish a 3rd bedroom (master suite at pool level)that is available also. Please no overflow. Rental in the Keys is very restrictive,when you rent you should make sure that you only have the amount of people that you put in you application and no more, as this can create problems for future weekly rentals. Should you exceed the amount of people beyond the rental agreement , they will be asked to leave. Sincerely JoAn
