| Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Three to two weeks prior to arrival, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total rent. Cancellations one week prior to arrival will not receive any refund on the rent paid; only the security & reservation deposit will be refunded. Early departures will not warrant a refund. |
| Deposits: Security & Reservation Deposit
A security & reservation deposit of $250 is due at the time of the booking. This deposit is not applied towards the rent. The security/damage deposit is a separate charge and the full amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure as long as the following conditions are met:
1. There is no damage to the unit or the contents beyond normal wear and tear.
2. No linens are lost or damaged.
3. All charges accrued by the guest during their stay are paid to the resort, if applicable.
4. No early check-in or late check-out.
5. The renter is not evicted by the owner, Management Company, resort staff and local law enforcement.
