| Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel or shorten your stay, notice must be given as follows to insure a deposit refund. 30 day notice required for a full refund of deposit, 50% refund with 15-29 days notice. Less than 15 days notice will result in no refund. Monthly guests must cancel sixty (60) days prior to arrival for a full refund of deposit. No refunds for early checkout. Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather or any other matter do not warrant any rental refund. Refund will be provided for lost rental days due to a mandatory evacuation. Cleaning fee is not refundable. |
| Deposits: A deposit of $150.00 with the signed rental agreement form is required to confirm your reservation within (10) days of receipt of the confirmation. This is NOT to be applied to your total rental fee. The deposit is refundable within two (2 weeks) of departure providing there has been no damage to the unit or its contents in the unit and an eviction has not taken place. All garbage has been placed in outside containers and soiled dishes placed in dishwasher and cleaned. Please immediately report any damage you may find upon your arrival to the unit. It may be deducted from your security/damage deposit. |
