This Emerald Beach Resort Condo is a one bedroom two bath unit with bunk area. There is a huge beachside heated lagoon pool and hot tub with a heated Olympic size pool and hot tub on the top deck of the parking garage. The poolside Tiki Hut, Starbucks, Grand Arrival Lobby, and the Sky Lounge on the widest sky-bridge in the state of Florida, are expected to be open late summer 2007.
Emerald Beach Resort Condominiums are all beach front with private westerly balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The condo has been professionally decorated furnished. It includes granite countertops, custom cabinets, 42 inch flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room. There is a 32 inch flat screen in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury linens. Other amenities include a day bed with trundle underneath in the bunk area.
